The Lap Pool will be set up 50 meters all day on Friday and Saturdays starting on Friday, April 4th – Saturday, May 24th (*except when swim meets, or special event are short course). The facility will close at 7:45PM on Thursdays only effective April 3rd. Please note that the Lap Pool will be short course on April 19th & May 3rd.

Starting Tuesday, May 27th, the summer facility schedule is as follows:

•  6:00-11:45AM Long Course
• 12:00-7:45PM Short Course

Outside Coaching/Instruction
Instructors or Coaches NOT employed by the Aquatic Center must complete the following steps IN ADVANCE to gain access to or offer programs at the Aquatic Center:

1.    REQUEST- complete a written request form to use the pool for any instructor led activities (private or group).

2.    USER AGREEMENT- once your request has been approved, all outside entities are required to complete a user agreement to include a copy of all current certifications and liability insurance.

3.    SCHEDULE –  once user agreement has been completed,  you will be contacted when you have been scheduled for lanes.

The Aquatic Center is a busy place, and we appreciate your cooperation to ensure the Chatham County Aquatic Center achieves its goals of providing a safe facility for all users. Please know that all requests are reviewed and approved based on what is best for the operation. All unauthorized programs will NOT be allowed to use the facility.
